President

Responsibilities

Preside over meetings of the Board of Directors.
Ensure the organization fulfills its mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Lead the Board's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Oversee the implementation of resolutions adopted by the Board.
Represent the organization before churches, donors, and strategic partners.

Paul Novik

Secretary

Responsibilities

Organize meetings of the Board of Directors.
Prepare meeting minutes and maintain an accurate record of Board resolutions.
Maintain and safeguard the organization's corporate records.
Monitor the implementation of resolutions adopted by the Board.

Naamán Mian

Treasurer

Responsibilities

Oversee the administration and stewardship of the organization's financial resources.
Review budgets and financial reports presented to the Board.
Monitor compliance with financial and tax obligations.
Promote transparency, accountability, and responsible financial management.

Sofía Densmore

Board Member

Responsibilities

Participate actively in Board meetings and strategic decision-making.
Contribute to the development of the organization's vision, strategy, and objectives.
Review and approve organizational policies, strategic plans, and major decisions.
Support institutional growth through strategic partnerships and fundraising.
