Who we are

A Christian nonprofit serving communities with compassion and excellence.

Edification International Inc. is a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ by demonstrating God's love through both word and action.

We carry out evangelistic crusades, community outreach initiatives, and social impact programs designed to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals, while strengthening the unity of local churches and serving communities with compassion and excellence.

Our work is built on partnership. Local churches host and follow up, healthcare professionals volunteer their expertise, businesses and foundations underwrite the cost, and public agencies help us serve safely and at scale. Every project is planned, budgeted, executed, and reported against a documented four-phase process.

Mission

To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelistic crusades accompanied by medical outreach programs — reaching the lost, bringing hope to those in need, and tangibly demonstrating God's love to underserved communities. We combine large-scale evangelism with free medical care, serving vulnerable populations with dignity, excellence, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Vision

To see nations awakened through revival, where the lost are saved, the sick are ministered to, and communities are transformed through the holistic demonstration of the Gospel in both word and action. We seek to establish large-scale evangelistic and medical outreach movements in cities and regions by mobilizing churches, healthcare professionals, and volunteers.

Objective

To organize and carry out evangelistic crusades accompanied by community outreach initiatives — proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, addressing the needs of the community, strengthening unity among local churches, and promoting effective pastoral follow-up.

How we work

Commitments that shape every project

Word and action together

We refuse to separate proclamation from practical care. People are ministered to spiritually, physically, and emotionally in the same place, on the same day.

Dignity for every person

Free care is not lesser care. Clinics, counseling, and community services are delivered with professionalism, privacy, and respect.

Church unity

We do not compete with local congregations; we convene them. Host churches and pastoral committees lead the coordination and receive those who respond.

Transparency and stewardship

Budgets, schedules, results, and financial performance are documented and reported to our board, donors, sponsors, and participating churches.

Excellence in operations

Site layouts, safety plans, civil protection programs, and permits are prepared with the appropriate authorities before a single chair is set out.

Follow-up that lasts

The work is not finished when the event ends. Attendees and patients are connected to local churches for integration, discipleship, and ongoing care.

Our process

How an outreach comes together

  1. Phase 1

    Planning

    6–9 months before

Define city, venue, dates, and scope. Convene the host church and pastoral committee, form the organizing committee, build the master schedule and preliminary budget, launch fundraising, secure permits and government coordination, and confirm guest ministries.

  2. Phase 2

    Preparation and mobilization

    3–6 months before

Formalize church participation, recruit and train volunteers, contract vendors and production, design the full site layout, coordinate every medical and community service area, develop the internal civil protection program, and execute the communication strategy.

  3. Phase 3

    Execution

    Event week

Install infrastructure, run technical rehearsals, receive and guide attendees, operate the medical outreach, community services, prayer stations, and evangelistic gatherings, and coordinate security and emergency response throughout.

  4. Phase 4

    Follow-up and closeout

    0–90 days after

Connect attendees and patients with participating churches, evaluate the project with area leaders, present the final operational and financial report, complete administrative closeout, and update manuals based on lessons learned.
